General Conditions
With the exception of the cancellation terms the Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
The given rates are per room and night from a stay of 3 nights exclusive the resort tax.
The resort tax is € 3.50 per person and night throughout the year. In 2021 the resort tax applies for children born 2006 and older, in 2022 children born 2007 and older.
Short-term stays (less than 3 days) are only possible on request and for an additional charge.
Deposit
For a binding booking, 50 percent of the total amount must be paid in advance by bank transfer within 60 days prior to arrival. The remaining amount for the total arrangement must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Unfortunately it is not possible to pay with credit card!
Cancellation Terms
Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are possible at any time and free of charge. Cancellations less than 60 days prior to arrival, no-shows or early departures are subject to payment of the full contract amount.
In case of an arrival after 7 pm we kindly ask you to give us a call.
In order to avoid inconvenient and non-consumable costs, we recommend to take out a travel insurance. The European Travel Insurance is the ideal partner for a hotel cancellation insurance.
Pets
Please note that pets are not allowed in our guesthouse (unfortunately neither small nor very kind pets).
